Twisted Keyhole Headband
I have finally finished writing up and editing this pattern but it is my first pattern so go easy on me ! 😀
This headband design is based on a scarf that my grandmother used to knit. I never knew the name so I used to just call it a scarfette but then recently a friend of mine asked if it is called a Keyhole scarf. I have no idea if it is but I really like the idea so I have used it for the headband.
I really love headbands because I get very cold ears and it gives me earache. Even a little cold wind in Autumn or Spring can give me earache but I am worried about looking ridiculous with ear muffs on in late Spring haha. So headbands help me keep my ears warm and pain-free!
This headband can be worn with your hair up or down. The pattern is also able to be adjusted to fit most head sizes.
This pattern uses DK weight wool and 4mm needles.
