Today I want to share with you a tutorial I recently filmed and shared to Youtube.
I recently learned to to Helical knitting. This is where you stripe two yarn at the same time in the round. Because when you knit in the round you are not knitting circles but rather a spiral. It is fairly simple to learn if you already know how to knit socks. But I could not find a good demonstration on how to work the heel in just one of the two colours. So after figuring it out for myself I made the video for Youtube so that maybe someone like me might be looking for it and now it is there.
The tutorial does not teach you know to knit a sock or how to knit helically, just how to set up in order to work the heel flap.
