These are the second pair of socks I have knit for my aunty Kathy. I started knitting them in Cape Town while I was on holiday there and then I finished them back in Scotland. As she lives in South Africa I will have to wait until May to give them to her.
PATTERN: My own pattern
YARN: Main Colour – James C. Brett; Funny Feetz FZB08
contrast colour: West Yorkshire Spinners, Signature Fourply; Blackcurrent Bomb
YARDAGE: 400metres / 100 grams
FIBRE CONTENT: 50% superwash wool, 25% polyamide, 25% Bamboo
YARN SOURCE: Woolwarehouse
SIZE: Size 5 (64 sts)
START: 3rd February 2023
FINISH: 20th February 2023
Notes: 66 rows before decrease for toes
This was my first time working with this James C brett yarn and also my first time working with the wool/bamboo blend for a sock. I think that they turned out very nicely.

I made some wool and bamboo socks. I like the feel makes them slightly lighter and good for summer.
